OJJDP Solicitation Seeks To Expand ICAC Task Force

The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) has announced its Recovery Act Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program Grants solicitation.

The program seeks to maintain and expand State and regional Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task forces to address technology-facilitated child exploitation.

Applicants are limited to states and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies currently receiving funds under the ICAC Task Force program.

Applicants must register with GMS prior to applying. The GMS registration deadline is 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time, March 16, 2009. The due date for applying for funding under this announcement is 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time, April 8, 2009.
