Toolkit

Once the blueprint is finished and the materials are ready, it's time to start building. Having the right tools is the key to any successful truancy prevention project.

Training and Technical Assistance offers tools and resources that can enhance your understanding of truancy and provide you with the skills required to promote school attendance among students in your community.

The Audio/Video Library features streaming video of several truancy workshops and plenary sessions from the recent "Partnering To Prevent Truancy: A National Priority" conference. Additional media, including audio of conference workshops and interviews with key players in truancy reduction efforts, will be added to the library on an ongoing basis.

Communications Strategies can help you design and implement outreach efforts to set a community standard that values education and school attendance.
